We are what we eat. There is an implicit trust in our farmers when we buy their food, whether from local sources or from the national chain store. I have personally visited the following farms and know they practice sustainable farming methods. Their food is of the highest spiritual quality, grown with love and care for the immediate farm and the surrounding property, ultimately influencing and healing our Mother Earth. Red Springs Family Farm This farm does not deliver to the Greater Nashville area, however, they practice sustainable farming methods and their weekly blog is wonderful to follow. It's nice to read about how a small family farm lives and the recipes are awesome!
